Going on Vacation? Take Your Workout With You!

Yep, it’s summer. Time for everyone to take a break—including me.

When I told my students and clients that I’d be going on vacation, they were upset at the thought of missing their regular workouts.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. Just because we are taking some time off doesn’t mean we can’t work out at home, on the road or at the beach.

Here are some easy exercises you can do on vacation:

Run/walk - Switch between running and walking for 20 minutes. (Suitable for beaches, parks and city trips.).

Alternate lunges - 3 sets of 12 reps on both sides.

Pushups - 3 sets of 10 reps.

Squats - 3 sets of 12 reps.

Dips - 3 sets of 10 reps.
